RADAR3 CUBE
has the task of: |
|
Idea: ideas are put together and evaluated and their feasibility
is determined.
Analysis: all the information on the idea behind a project is
collected, its basic requisites are defi ned and all possible risks
are identifi ed. This analysis is a fundamental part of the design
process, which begins with the approval of production feasibility
and ends with pre- and post-production tests.
Project: at this point the planning protocol begins. Starting
from the approval of the basic requisites, each member of
the planning team is put in charge of one part of the project.
All members work together closely and discuss in depth each
development stage and the continual re-examinations of the
project together with other members of the group.
Choice of materials and construction methods: the most
suitable materials and the construction methods to be used
are chosen based on the needs of the client and the technical
requisites of the product, preferring always those materials
which assure the highest level of safety and practicality
depending on their use.
The Prototype: the prototype grows as the project evolves
and all the possible causes of risk are defi ned, by reviewing and
testing the design parameters and, if necessary, by taking out
any due modifi cations in order to ensure maximum effi ciency
and safety for the end user.
Project Design Test: once the project design has been
completed and when the prototype fully meets the basic
requisites and safety requirements, a small trial production is
made and tested directly on-site by the end-user.
Production: only when the product has undergone the fi nal
validation phase is it released and sent to our ISO 9002-2000
certifi ed factory where the fi nal production will be made.
Control and Safety test: once each product comes out of
production, it is only released on the market if it complies fully
with all the requisites set forth during the design stage. For this
purpose each product is tested individually and put through
strict resistance tests. |
