The differentiation of processes into two production chains, artisanal and industrial, has allowed us to satisfy every type of request while respecting the quality and established deadlines. Leather production is a fundamental part of our industry and includes craftsmanship carried out with the typical mastery of Made in Italy. The traditional supply chain is accompanied by the technological-industrial production of high-tech products, suitable for extreme conditions of use. In both production chains we scrupulously follow each processing phase, guaranteeing complete traceability of each process step.

Quality and Traceability of Materials
CHOICE OF SKIN
Our many years of knowledge of leather and the finest hides allows us to choose the breed and type of animal based on the product requested, using for example bull, ox, cow skin or skins such as crocodile, python, ostrich, lizard, based on the different needs.
CHOICE OF POLYMERS
Likewise, we pay particular attention to the choice of polymeric raw materials, verifying the compliance with the technical characteristics reported by the supplier. A quality selection is essential for the creation of products with special applications, such as the 6657 series holsters.
Advanced manufacturing
The production of leather starts from the selection of the most suitable head of cattle from which to obtain the hide. The leather is then subjected to the care of the expert hands of our Master Leatherworkers who use advanced techniques, respecting authentic artisan traditions.
Industry with Advanced Technology
Many years of know-how allows us to create high-performance products in compliance with narrow dimensional tolerances, always guaranteeing impeccable performance. The industrial process consists of an injection molding line and a thermoforming line, to use the production methodology best suited to the required needs.

STEP 1: IDEA

We continually study new products and solutions to anticipate the demands of a demanding and rapidly evolving sector. Likewise, we regularly reevaluate existing products to improve them with new construction solutions.
STEP 2: DESIGN
The design phase is of fundamental importance for putting what has been conceived into practice, paying attention to the technical, functional and structural requirements of the product. We use 3D component reading techniques and computerized structural resistance tests to evaluate the stress reactions of the raw materials used.
STEP 3: PROTOTYPING AND TESTING
Before starting production we create a sample pre-series, using three-dimensional rapid prototyping techniques and subjecting the product to accurate analyzes on machines of our own design that test resistance, safety and performance.
