RUBBER-TECH

POLYM-PLUS
Injection technology of a special latest generation polymer that is light, non-deformable, indestructible, with resistance and mechanical performance superior to normal thermoformed polymers.

TRITECH
Tritech is a trilaminate thermoformed based on the profile of the gun. External lining in ballistic nylon, internal reinforcement in waterproof expanded polyurethane, internal lining in rot-proof Interlook polyester.
Closures, reinforcements and other finishes in technopolymer.
Edges reinforced with high tenacity tape. The non-deformable thermoforming with the lines of the gun it will contain facilitates the insertion and extraction of the weapon, increases its durability over time and reduces the overall size of the holster
PREMIUM LEATHER
Premium Leather is a construction solution that uses only high-thickness, first-choice leather, handcrafted in over 20 steps. The craftsmanship, the "barrel dyeing", the top quality materials and finishes give the holster extremely high sealing performance, wear resistance and comfort.
STANDARD LEATHER
Standard Leather uses only first choice cowhide leather, handcrafted with thicknesses suitable for the required use and ecologically vegetable tanned. The craftsmanship, the "barrel dyeing", the top quality materials and finishes give the holster excellent sealing performance, wear resistance and comfort.
MULTILAYER – CORDURA TRILAMINATO
Construction solution created by combining three different materials. Exterior in Cordura nylon, internal reinforcement in waterproof polyurethane foam with differentiated thickness according to the end use and internal lining in high-resistance fabric.
Closures, reinforcements and finishes made of technopolymers with differentiated compounds based on the needs for which they are intended.v
POLYFORM
Latest generation technopolymer, lightweight, non-deformable, indestructible and extremely resistant to the most extreme and traumatic stresses. Thermoformed to measure based on the lines of the weapon it will contain.
Polyform is available in different types of external finishing:
- TECHNO LOOK
Natural finish of the technopolymer, extremely resistant to impacts, oils, solvents, fireproof and water-repellent. Internally lined with suede or microfibre or made without lining.
- BALISTIC NYLON LOOK
To the aforementioned exceptional characteristics of the polyform, are added those of the fabric such as Cordura or Ballistic Nylon, which offer an external appearance coordinated with the various belts and related accessories with which the holster can be combined.
- LEATHER LOOK
First choice finish in full grain Italian leather tanned with natural vegetable processes, to combine the superior technical characteristics of the polyform with a classic and traditional appearance, to be associated with the relevant leather belts and accessories.
- LEATHER TECH LOOK
High quality ecological leather finish, to combine the superior technical characteristics of the polyform with a classic and technological appearance. Superior resistance and ease of maintenance, to be combined with the relevant leather tech or leather belts and accessories.
VELOUR - PELLE SCAMOSCIATA
The Velor suede leather, with a velvety external surface with a non-slip "gripping" effect, is intended for the creation of Concealment holsters for "inside" use.
Special sweat- and water-resistant tanning and an internal rear finish that protects the bluing of the weapon.
LEATHER TECH
Leather Tech is an eco-friendly leather made from a technologically advanced microfiber. Very similar in structure and appearance to real leather, it stands out for its mechanical resistance, dimensional stability and lightness.
Resistant to abrasion and wear and indifferent to water, it is easily washable and permeable to steam.
STRONG & LIGHT
New revolutionary trilaminate material composed of an external leather look microfibre with high tenacity and high abrasion resistance, internally reinforced with thermoformable polymer and lined with suede microfibre.
Holsters made with this technique are durable over time, protective of the gun and stable in shape and fit with a weight saving of approximately 30% compared to classic leather. Thanks to the non-deformable thermoforming of the holster body, it is easy to extract the weapon and reinsert it.
